How to Register a PYI Wallet on the Exchange

How to Register an Online Pyrin (PYI) Wallet

This method is convenient for those who prefer not to keep all their money in one place or immediately exchange cryptocurrency. An online wallet, protected by a password and a seed phrase, will store your coins until you transfer them to another address.

Some cons: The security of your wallet relies on the security of your computer and the safety of the seed phrase. To ensure maximum security, protect your computer, create a strong login password for your wallet, and securely store your seed phrase.

1. Open the wallet’s website https://wallet.pyrin.network/

2. Click “new wallet”

   

3. You will receive a secret phrase — a combination of 24 words. Safely keep them in the same order as they appear on your screen. Losing them means losing access to your wallet! Then click “Next”.

   

4. The wallet will check how well you remember your seed phrase and word order. The dialog window will ask you to choose the correct word in the given order three times. If you forgot or didn’t write it down, the wallet will offer to return to word order and repeat the verification procedure.

   

5. The wallet asks you to enter a password for your wallet and confirm it. Generate reliable password with your browser or use the password generator. Enter the password, confirm it, and click “create wallet”.

   

6. Your wallet is ready to go! First, click on the icon next to the wallet address to copy it. Then, use it for mining or receiving coins.

   

How to Сreate a Pyrin (PYI) wallet on Your Computer

This method is convenient for professionals who prefer to control their keys and wallets, and store the wallet on their PC.

Managing a wallet on a PC requires care and precision, and accidental mistakes can have serious consequences. It is not recommended for inexperienced users or novice miners.

1. Download the wallet client for your operating system from the official Pyrin (PYI) developers Github — — https://github.com/Pyrinpyi/pyrin-desktop-wallet/releases/tag/DesktopWallet-v1.0.0

2. Install the client (in our case, for Windows OS);

3. Open the wallet app after installation is complete;

4. Press “New wallet”.

   • If you already have a wallet, click on “Import Wallet”. Next, you will need to enter your wallet’s seed phrase. After that, you will see your balance.

     

5. You will receive a secret phrase consisting of 24 words. It is crucial to securely store these words in the same order as they appear on your screen since losing them means losing access to your wallet! You can copy this combination by clicking the button “Copy seed” for your convenience. Click “Next” to proceed.

   

6. The wallet will ask you to confirm random words from the list to make sure you remember the seed phrase. Select them and click “Next”.

   

7. The wallet asks you to create the password for your wallet. Generate reliable password with your browser or use the password generator. Enter the password, confirm it, and click “Create Wallet”.

   

8. Get the wallet address. Go to the “Wallet” section Copy the address and use it use it for mining or receiving coins to your wallet.
